This project was designed in a day and approved to order the same day. There was an existing doorway in the kitchen to the hall that we drywalled over as the homeowners had painters coming the same week.  Crown molding was 3¼" on a 4" freeze board.  Base around the island was 4½" with a round over to match the door edges.  I also did the flooring in this house.
